Direct patrons, answer telephones; provide scheduling, program and community resource information to the general public.
- Provides coverage.
- Prepares office correspondence, vendor payments, program reports and other related materials.
Creates, updates and maintains filing system, personnel time, attendance and bookkeeping materials.
Orders office supplies, program and facility supplies as required.
Payroll preparations and distributions.
Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Entrance Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience in administrative work required. Appropriate education may be substituted for the required experience on a prorated basis.
Working knowledge of computers; Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Ability to type 30 wpm.
Good verbal and written skills preferred.
Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural, multi-ethnic work environment.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on detail as required by the job.
C.O.R.I. & S.O.R.I. check required.
